Dandelions
Over the climbing meadows,
Where swallow-shadows float,
These are the
small gold buttons
On earth’s green, windy coat.

Is that Viewmaster? I used to have a Viewmaster when I was a child. I think I shared mine with Abe Lincoln. You sure do grow ‘em cute. Little blonde haired boy, intent on the job of learning.

Yeppers! I loved my veiwmaster too–I used to (still DO actually) want one of those things you see people use in old movies that looks a fore-runner? that postcard-type things go into? Maybe when “toy” money can be spent an me after they are grown!
I can’t seem to be able to get past security on your blog anymore-after 3 comments have flitted off into the cyber dead zone I have decided to wait it out a bit–I tried with both my google account AND the open ID for my wordpress-it’s a bummer-I was really amusing!

It threw me off my own blog a few minutes ago so I am not surprised that you are having issues. I am not sure what to do about it. I will try to go through the security settings and see what happens.
Stereoscope is what we called those viewmaster-like old time things.

I disabled the feedjit thing and maybe that will help on my blog. I had changed it this morning and apparently it didn’t like what I did. I wish it would be honest with me rather than passive-aggressive. (Feel free to delete this comment as it won’t make sense to anyone.)

Thats exactly right! technology is passive-aggressive! It acts up when we need it most and is compliant when we are being frivoulous!
